At LuggageWorks, we stand behind the durability and style of our travel gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused luggage or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, protective wraps, and documentation are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return package or via email to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
